Introduction

The mission of Marathon Petroleum’s wellness program, Well ALL Ways, is to inspire and empower our employees and their families to thrive in all areas of well-being. In addition to providing healthy living programs, corporate-wide challenges, and engaging educational opportunities, Well ALL Ways awards cash incentives for completing specific healthy activities, including an annual preventive physical and an online well-being assessment.

Well ALL Ways Program

MPC cares about your well-being and strives to provide resources to make the healthy choice the easy choice, which is at the core of the Well ALL Ways program. The program’s mission is to inspire and empower our employees and their families to thrive in all areas of well-being.

Well ALL Ways Incentive Program

MPC provides an annual financial incentive to eligible employees who fulfill specific participation requirements related to their well-being. Completion of an online Well-being Assessment and preventive physical exam with an approved health care provider can earn the employee a $400 payroll stipend. Eligible spouses/domestic partners who are enrolled in an MPC medical, dental and/or vision plan can earn an additional $200 for completing a preventive physical with their health care provider. WebMD Health Services

WebMD, MPC’s third-party wellness partner, confidentially administers the Well ALL Ways Incentive Program and manages a comprehensive wellness portal, WebMD One, that is accessible to employees and eligible spouses/domestic partners. MPC employees can earn Healthy Activity Points on the portal, which allows them to be entered into quarterly gift card drawings. The WebMD One portal also provides access to extensive resources such as corporate-wide challenges, free telephonic/virtual health coaching, self-guided learning, workout videos, and recipes. The Well ALL Ways program offers a wide range of programs and activities to assist employees and spouses/domestic partners in improving and maintaining their personal and professional well-being.

  • Healthy living programs - free health coaching, tobacco cessation, flu shots, CPR/AED training
  • Engaging educational opportunities - live webinars and workshops, onsite presentations, health fairs and screening events
  • Wellness Champion network – volunteer employee liaisons who advocate and facilitate local wellness initiatives
  • Corporate-wide challenges – at least two opportunities annually to participate in a fun and healthy challenge, either with a team or individually
