Wellness Incentive
Marathon Petroleum’s financial wellness incentive changed mid-year during 2021 to require that employees provide a COVID-19 vaccination status. Those changes will remain for 2022. Full time regular MPC employees can earn $400 by completing an online health assessment, a preventive physical, and by providing their COVID-19 vaccination status. Eligible employees can earn an additional $200 if a spouse who is enrolled in an MPC-sponsored health, vision, or dental plan, also completes a preventive physical. Participants can also earn points toward entry into quarterly drawings by completing health activities throughout the year.
