Health, Dental and/or Vision Coverage

Please keep in mind that you may need to search for network providers at your new location to ensure that you get the highest level of coverage from your Health, Dental and/or Vision Plans. Also, search the ExpressScripts website for participating retail pharmacies in your new area.

How to find a provider for...

SPECIAL NOTE for Dental Plan members who have a covered family member obtaining treatment for orthodontia: If a member switches from one orthodontist to another, Delta would first need to be notified in writing or by calling with the last date of treatment in the original orthodontist office of the cancelation of the original treatment and orthodontist. This letter will cancel out Delta's automatic payments to that dental office. The new orthodontist should then submit their full treatment plan to Delta, including total fees and remaining months of treatment. Delta will then calculate what remaining portion can be paid on the new treatment plan. Members should understand that transitioning to a new orthodontist in the middle of the treatment plan will most likely increase their out of pocket expense, since they will be dealing with two offices and two treatment plans.

Can’t find your answer within an article? Workday also provides opportunities for employees to obtain answers by creating cases that are assigned to subject matter experts within MPC, to help answer your questions. To create a case, visit Workday and type “create a case” in the Workday search bar.
